Michelle Gold is a retirement coach and course creator on a mission to help women design a modern retirement and thrive.

Michelle has graduate degrees in both social work and research & evaluation. She enjoyed a 30+ year career in the human services, designing leading-edge programs and services, and informing the development of healthy public policy in Canada.

Michelle believes that after working years in your career, now's the time to design a life that works for you.
